payment & Refund policies

Payment Policy

• All payments including filing fees must be paid in full before the submission of applications or returns unless discussed with the preparer 
• Payments for sessions must be made at least 48 hours before the session

Refund Policy

• All fees are non-refundable once services are rendered, including any services to amend or correct tax returns
• Clients may request a refund for services not yet rendered, provided the request is made within 3 days of payment

If you are not satisfied with our service, please reach out to us for a resolution before requesting a refund. Send refund request to cspicard@financialkey.org. Refunds are issued within 7-10 days of approved request. 

Document Submission Timeliness

• Requested information or documents must be submitted within 7 days of the request unless a request for additional time has been submitted via email to cspicard@financialkey.org and approved. 
• Information not timely submitted can result in client dismissal and forfeiture of payment
